Mailing List and our Privacy Policy
NPCNA takes your privacy seriously. Our member lists are only available to other nursing, educational, or medical associations. Membership lists and conference attendance lists are available to any regulatory or law enforcement agency, when requested.
Mailing List Rental Guidelines
NPCNA does not sell our membership lists to employment agencies, telemarketers, or other professions outside of nursing. The mailing list can be released for educational purposes which are consistent with our Mission and Goals. This includes and is limited to the distribution of material for:
- Continuing education programs that do not conflict with our program schedule
- Pediatric health care educational material
- Request for member research participation
Individuals who are interested in renting our mailing list must contact the Association President and provide the following information:
- A letter describing your organization's or association's mission
- A copy of the documents(s) that will be mailed to NPCNA members
A Rental Processing Fee will be determined by the NPCNA BOD. The Mailing list can be sent via regular mail in the format of pressure sensitive labels (30 per page)or computer disk.
